Kovalchuk signed a 17 year, $100M contract with the Devils that has been since rejected by the NHL.

Blackhawks continue to blow up their team.

Sharks have re-signed RFA Steve Zalewski to a league minimum, two-way contract.

…And that’s pretty much it for big/Sharks-related news in the NHL. Now excuse me, I’m going to go tan on the beach. If the sun ever comes out, that is.

I graduated from high school on Thursday. It has yet to hit me that I’m officially a college student.


Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley Cup in Game 7 of the Finals, 2-1, today off of a two-goal effort from Max Talbot.

Pretty big stuff. Add Grad Night and a trip to Great America in the past three days, and you’ll understand why I haven’t been posting.
